Information We Collect
We may collect account information, organization details, assessment responses, support communications, billing-related identifiers, and technical logs necessary to provide and secure the service.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the platform, deliver consulting and assessment services, provide support, improve security, meet contractual obligations, and communicate with customers.
Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of the information they submit. Synapse Cyber processes customer data only as required to provide authorized services and meet legal obligations.
AI Processing
AI may assist with assessment analysis and report drafting. Published reports are subject to authorized consultant review. Customer information will not be represented as excluded from model training unless the actual provider configuration and contract support that claim.
Sharing and Subprocessors
Information may be shared with approved infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and AI service providers that support delivery of the service. A current subprocessor list should be maintained.
Security
Synapse Cyber uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and Deletion
Information is retained according to contractual, operational, and legal requirements. Customers may request deletion subject to applicable obligations and backup retention periods.
